Oldenburgia is a white beer designed for the South African climate. Although unmalted wheat is a common ingredient in a white beer, we have opted to use equal parts malted barley and malted wheat. This results in a pale, crisp and refreshing beer.

Our white beer is lightly hopped using a combination of South African and English hops and given a subtle hint of citrus through the use of fresh orange peel.

Oldenburgia is fermented out to leave it light bodied but with a moderate alcohol content.
