The Golden Mole is Makhanda’s most avid gardener and favourite craft beer. In winter its extremely cold and so is Cold Mole.

Cold IPA is not just an IPA using a lager yeast its actually a lager that’s been turned on its head into an IPA. The hops and bitterness is as an IPA should be but the hops shine through, fresh and crisp and bursting with flavour. Generously hopped with African Queen, Cascade, Citra and Centennial then fermented with Fermolager W yeast.
