Supurban Market

by | 3 Apr 2017

After the success of the first Supurban Market and Pop-up shop held at a private home on Fitzroy street in early March, the organisers and stall holders agreed it would be a wonderful event to hold again.

In keeping with the idea of a “pop-up” market, the venue will move around each time it is held, but the creative talent showcased will remain of an impressively high standard.

This month (on Saturday the 8th of April) the Supurban Market will be held at the Carinus Art School on Beaufort Street (opposite Victoria Girls’ High). You can see the wonderful array of hand-worked craft that will be available on the Supurban Market facebook page. The choice of the venue this month has allowed the market to become so much more than a place to buy a few birthday gifts: this is a not-to-be-missed event with live music, family entertainment, and a wonderful green space to relax in and soak up the atmosphere.

Featherstone Brewery will be there, offering tasting trays and our delicious range of hand-crafted beers. It’s also our birthday this month, so we hope you come and celebrate with us.

The fun is happening from 2pm until 6pm. See you there.
